- Hardness testers — Rockwell, Brinell, and Vickers

- Fatigue testing rig — cyclic loading and endurance analysis
Metallurgy & Microstructure
- Metallurgical (optical) microscope — grain structure and phase analysis
- Proctor compaction Sample preparation station — cutting, mounting, grinding, and polishing— standard and modified
- Etching kit — for structural and grain boundary revelation
- Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) interface — fractography and surface analysis (education licence)
Thermal Analysis & Heat Treatment
- Muffle furnace — annealing, normalizing, hardening, tempering
- Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC) — phase transition and thermal behavior
- Thermogravimetric Analyzer (TGA) — thermal stability and decomposition studies
